The following is the site you need to go on to get the free AVG Anti-Virus program:
The following are the instructions after you get to the site:
1. Click on Products (left side of screen near top)
2. Scroll to bottom and click on AVG Anti-Virus-Free Edition (should show up in orange)
3. Scroll down to DOWNLOAD
4. Click on AVG Free Advisor Website (should show up in orange)
5. Download Free Version (should show up in orange)
6. Scroll down to WINDOWS version
7. Click on avg75free_432a861.exe (should show up in orange)
8. Click on RUN
That should load and install the program.
Make sure you have removed your Norton, McAfee or whatever anti-virus program you are using at this time. Two anti-virus program running on one computer will give you grief.
It might be a little different with each computer.
